RESEP NANI URA BATAKBAHAN :
500 gram ikan mas
1 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
½ sendok teh garam
1 batang serai, dimemarkan.
BUMBU DIHALUSKAN :
6 butir bawang merah, dibakar
5 buah cabai merah
2 buah cabai rawit
8 butir kemiri sangrai
3 cm kunyit
2 sendok teh ketumbar
2 cm lengkuas
2 sendok teh garam
CARA MEMBUAT NANI URA BATAK :
1. Bersihkan ikan, belah punggungnya, lalu tambahkan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Lumuri bumbu halus.
3. Letakkan di pinggan tahan panas, lalu kukus hingga matang.
4. Biasanya Nani Ura disajikan mentah, tanpa dikukus.

 BAHASA INGGRIS
 MATERIALS:
